ASOneCLI Terms of Service

1. The service

ASOneCLI is a credential gateway that Aligned Software ("we", "us") operates inside its own infrastructure. It stores credentials for third-party services and attaches them to requests made by AI agents that we run, subject to access control lists we configure.

ASOneCLI is built on OneCLI, an open-source project licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The source code of our fork is published at github.com/deweysasser/onecli under the same license. These terms apply to the hosted service, not to the source code, which is governed solely by the Apache License.

2. Internal use only

ASOneCLI is provided for the exclusive use of Aligned Software and of personnel and contractors acting on its behalf ("operators"). It is not offered to the public, is not sold or licensed as a service to third parties, and has no public registration. Any attempt by anyone else to access or use the hosted service is unauthorized.

Aligned Software may grant, limit, or revoke an operator's access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Operators and the agents they configure must use ASOneCLI only for work carried out on behalf of Aligned Software. In particular, operators must:

• store only credentials that Aligned Software is authorized to hold and use;
• configure agents with the narrowest set of hosts and credentials the work requires;
• comply with the terms of service, API terms, and rate limits of every third-party service reached through the gateway;
• not use the gateway to circumvent security controls, access data without authorization, or interfere with any service.

4. Third-party services

Requests forwarded by ASOneCLI reach services that Aligned Software does not control. Those services set their own terms and privacy practices, and our use of them is subject to those terms. Where a third-party service has authorized ASOneCLI through OAuth or a similar mechanism, we will use that authorization only for the purpose for which it was granted, as described in the ASOneCLI privacy policy.

5. Privacy

Data handled by ASOneCLI is described in the ASOneCLI privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. No warranty

ASOneCLI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aligned Software does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use ASOneCLI, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Suspension and termination

Aligned Software may suspend or discontinue ASOneCLI, or any part of it, at any time without notice. On termination of an operator's access, the operator's ability to use the service ends immediately; stored credentials and configuration may be retained or deleted at Aligned Software's discretion.

9. Changes to these terms

Aligned Software may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of ASOneCLI after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Aligned Software is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
